Lessons run year-round, and generally take place on Public and School Holidays unless advised otherwise.

If you need to cancel a lesson, please give at least 24 hours notice before the lesson start time.  If you do not give 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount for that lesson.  Payment is due within 48 hours of missed lesson to retain time-slot.

Students are allowed 1 Emergency Cancellation, with less than 24 hours notice, per twelve week cycle (school term with holidays) without charge.  This is for situations where adequate notice is unable to be provided.  For example, hospital visit or car trouble.

Notice of a Cancellation must be made via phone call, voice message, text, or to the teacher directly at the previous lesson.

If the teacher cancels a lesson for any reason, for example if sick and unable to be substituted, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for that lesson.

Payment for lessons is due within 48 hours of completed session.

We take no responsibility for the supervision of students under the age of 18 before or after their session times.

If we are concerned about your behaviour or if you do not pay your fees when they are due, we may suspend or terminate your sessions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Services provided by Daniel Christoffersen following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Service, constitutes acceptance of those changes.
